Beaver Creek Culinary and Wine Focus:

The Bon Appétit Culinary & Wine Focus at Beaver Creek Resort has grown over its ten year history into one of the most anticipated events of the winter season. This popular event features some of the nation’s current top chefs with tremendous vintners, restaurateurs and pastry chefs.  Internationally acclaimed guest and Beaver Creek chefs will participate in the MasterChef Challenge, Grand Tasting, Celebrity Chef Ski Race, Subaru Showshoe Excursion, cooking classes, wine and spirits seminars and more during the 11th annual winter festival.

As a bonus, this year’s festival will allow guests to immerse themselves in the flavors and flair of South America.  Featuring guest chefs from Brasil and Argentina, the weekend will not only include the culinary elements of each countries as well as the wine, spirits and sounds that are indigenous.
